  1. This store is very convenient for me, I live just a couple of blocks but I will drive to another location because I rarely have a good experience here. The deli customer service is mediocre at best. I feel uncomfortable any time I order something. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Also, my biggest complaint is the people bagging groceries. Can you please train your people better. I have had meat, dairy and bread all shoved into one bag together. I bring my own bag but that is no better, they just throw everything in with no regard of ruining things you have just bought. I find it very disrespectful. Groceries are not cheap and for someone to not take the time to even halfway put the groceries in the bags correctly is infuriating. I will only go to a store with self checkout from now on.

  2. The absolute worst Publix I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in it smells spoiled. Almost all produce I was looking for was rotten. A good amount of packages in the snack aisle are smashed. The selection is limited. The parking is a nightmare, everyone is driving fast and isn’t paying attention to pedestrians. Just pick a different location

  3. Absolutely hands down my favorite store to shop from. I will even travel 45 minutes. So that I can come to this store. The employees are so very helpful so pleasant. Always a smile on their face. I just enjoyed the stores so much. Everything is fresh. They seem to have everything that I’ve ever needed. I’ve never had a problem with them being out of stock. One of my favorite stores here in the huntsville area

  4. Today, on June 24, 2024, I found a dead fly mixed in with my mac and cheese from the deli (see attached photos). This is completely unacceptable and a reflection of the lack of food safety present in the deli. I have eaten there numerous times, sometimes 3-4 times a week, and frankly the food makes me physically ill, but I enjoy it, and I keep coming back. However, with this dead fly into my mac and cheese, I am afraid the lack of food safety in that deli will mark this as the last time I eat there.

The dead fly was mixed in the mac and cheese. I barely noticed it, but I knew black was not a color that belonged in mac and cheese, so I dug it out, and was horrified at what I saw. I just find this revolting and unacceptable. This is obviously due to poor food safety practices in the deli. I understand it is the summer, but you have employees that open and close the deli case, and if there is a fly in there, they should be able to notice. If they do and do not care, then things like this happen.

Please – take an extra moment to look out for your customers.
