We cook/shop daily and their products are often poorly refrigerated/ smell bad once opened withing a day or two. I drive out of the way to buy the same products somewhere else as suggested by the companies after the store tried to say there isn’t an issue and they don’t smell it. This has gone on for two summers. They were amazing a few years ago. I’ve lost hundreds trying to stay loyal to this store thinking surely they fixed it. I’ve watched younger kids sit on their phone with cold stuff on a cart on hot days in the store. The past two managers are disorganized and not very kind.
Great selection for groceries and alcohol. I like the atmosphere here better than other locations.
I know inflation is bad right now, but their prices are absolutely ridiculous!! I went in for coffee creamer, hair ties and a set of 6 cupcakes and it was $25!! I’ll just stick to what I know and drive the extra few miles to Attalla Walmart
A year ago we came in here everyday for lunch I left a 5 star then.
It was a pleasure to come to the deli now nearly every time there’s no chicken fingers left and they say it will be 30 minutes before there’s any more that doesn’t work out for my lunch break so it’s a gamble to even stop.
Also it seems like the deli department is always in a bad mood.
I guess sense food city came to gadsden all the good management has went there
I had questions about a product they carry, was told to go to customer service, they could answer my question. Well the person there looked it up and they didn’t carry that particular product, there was a replacement for it, but it only came 10 pills, the one I had was 90 pills, so he went and talked to manager on duty, he said he would be right there, he bagged groceries and I waited for about five minutes, he just kept on bagging groceries. So he didn’t have time for me, went he could get some one to do what was doing, as far I am concern they don’t need my business. I am very disappointed in the management at Publix in Rainbow city.
