Only giving a 3-star rating because of the taste of my sushi yesterday. Spicy grilled tuna is my favorite! Normally, it’s amazing, but the batch I got yesterday, the taste came closest to matching the smell of pond water, if that makes sense. I’ve been eating sushi for years and have never experienced this before.
Wonderful bakery who fixed another locations mess up. Great selection. First class market. Great meat selection. They were open early and close to my work. Polite staff who handled everything. Even allowed me to check out at the customer service desk when he saw that I only had a couple of items and was in a hurry having to get back to work and they’re being a very long line of people with full baskets. First class market!
The Customer Service Manager, Moe, seems to have no humanity within him. He could care less about his customers, much less his employees, because his main goal is a paycheck – something he could flaunt in other people’s faces who he deems as ‘lesser’ simply because he makes more money. He is constantly belittling and berating employees as if he is a drill sergeant and likes to make fun of customers on their knowledge of how to use a phone. It makes sense why employees try to make up excuses for his sad behavior and why he only chooses to look and speak to white men. I love Publix but I hate their manager.
Stopped during a road trip so we are not from the area. The salad bar was immaculate and we’ll stocked. In general staff looked happy to be there despite being a Saturday. Special shout out to Jay, our cashier who kindly and patiently showed her colleague how to bag the soup we bought so it wouldn’t spill. Thank you for looking out for us!
The Deli prepared Fried Chicken and Madi Gra wings; for my Daughter’s Law-School Graduation Party. The food was phenomenal. They did an awesome job. I am so happy that I chose to do business with this Publix location.
