15 year old daughter wanted a cookie cake for her birthday party, wanted her party theme āall blackā.
Another popular cookie company didnāt have an online order option for black icing but Prattville Publix did.
She loved it. And it was delicious.
Procrastinating mom ordered 2 days before and Publix took the challenge and not only made a tasty and amazing cookie cake but also gave great service.
5 stars, Iād give more if I could! The store is clean and stocked, every employee is very nice & helpful! At checkout, Maggie asked if she would like her to walk us out & bring the electric cart back in so we didnāt have to bring it back in. Also as we were loading the car, a 12 pack of diet coke was leaking, she took it back in & brought us a new one. The service & store are impeccable!
The place is clean, associates knowledgeable, friendly, and they listen. Their fruits that I purchased were sweet, and my co worker loved them too.
I shall go back with a smile. And without a doubt.
Iāve placed online orders to the deli multiple times to find out my order couldnāt be fulfilled/cancelled. No call was even made to give me a reason why my order was cancelled. For example, 2 days ago placed an online order for a 5 pc chicken wing meal, 2 hrs in advance, to pick up for lunch. When I got there I was told āthey donāt do 5 PC chicken wing meals.ā Which I was confused since this special was in their weekly ad and I was able to order it online. So because I was on my lunch break and didnāt have much time to try to figure out somewhere else to get for lunch, I just pick something else they had. I hope the deli at the new Publix almost 5 mins from this one will be better.
Clean, friendly place to shop. However, the problem with Publix stores anywhere is that prices are much higher than anywhere else, produce is often inferior to Walmart (surprisingly) and the advertised BOGO items are hardly ever in stock. (Iāve stopped looking for them.) The deli can be chaotic due to the lack of a numbering system like many of their Florida locations have and people jockeying to place an order. It seems there are lots of ways Publix could do better, especially for what they charge.
