I was looking to get the front speakers replaced on my 2016 Altima because the previous owner blew them up. I called two places after reading their reviews and decided to go with Pro Sound. The shop is off very busy part of 23rd street and a little different to find. I was greeted by Salvador who explained the process. I came in for my appointment and it was completed in couple of hours. ( Just a note that there is no waiting area because it’s a small business and it’s best to drop off and pickup the car)
Took my Porsche Macan S for Apple CarPlay installation in which I brought in my Mr12V Interface. Salvador and his son were excellent, honest, communicative and offered the most competitive pricing locally with warranty on their work. I can’t be happier, highly recommended for your Apple CarPlay Interface upgrade installation!!! Thank you so much again!!!
Sal did a great job, actually it was his son .I’m very pleased. These sons of B’S stoled my truck cut the wires and all that. Sal stitched it back up for me quick fast and a hurry. P.S. price was right also!!!!!
I was struggling to get things done to my truck I went to Best Buy a couple of times to try to get a remote start and alarm in. They sent me what they suggested for my vehicle and when I went to get it installed by them, they said I purchased the wrong one. They suggested another system, they couldn’t install it because of COVID-19. I went to another place to install it, it was incomplete. Stopped by Pro Sound audio to see what he had to say. He gave me a suggestion, I purchased it, after a couple of days and many alarm systems later I had everything I needed. He let me know that this alarm system he wasn’t too familiar with but tried it anyway. HE DID IT, he made it work, after some time it worked. Great customer service he kept me updated as he finished parts of it, had to improvise with others, taught me how to use it properly, and even fixed a couple of loose ends a prior installer had left loose. For sure will be coming back for a sound system and I do recommend them.
Great work and service, a nice guy and good service, he helped me and installed a alarm for my truck I am very happy with his work try them out before your car gets broken into or stolen. They put in my stereo too. Professional work.
