Peter and his team are always professional and fast. Would highly recommend using them on anything related to HVAC. We had our upstairs unit go out. Had PRIME come out and replace the system within a week of getting the quote. Very clean install.
Called on Monday 9/23 about them coming out to put freon in our mini split units. Peter told me that they would be able to come out the following day between 3-5 pm. The following day after taking off work to be home, they never showed up. I tried calling multiple times starting at 4:30 trying to get an update and could not reach anybody. Never received a call that they would not be coming out or anything. They have lost my business.
We had a great experience with this company. Our AC quit working and they sent someone out the same day, which we were very grateful for. Avery definitely knew what he was doing and quickly had our AC back up and running. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
The best way to describe Prime HVAC service is amazing! Peter and Avery were friendly, professional and efficient at locating the ventilation system and correcting the problem.
