Thank you Nurse Practitioner Rajdeep. You took care of my son in a very timely manner. Right away, you were able to diagnose his Strep Throat and prescribe antibiotics for him. We appreciate knowing that he was still contagious. We were in and out of the exam room. Thank you. Our family will definitely come back for our Urgent Care needs.
Had to bring my daughter in on short notice. It was Easy to register and we were in and out in a hr. The nurses were very friendly, excellent and professional. They made my daughter and I feel good about being there. Doctor was excellent on his examination and very thorough about what he was doing and answered every question. Last, the urgent care was very clean and organized well. Keep up the great work.
I would recommend this urgent as it’s one of the cleanest and professional urgent cares in Fresno.
This urgent care has amazing doctors and provide great services for the most part, however I was really disappointed when I went in for a work related blood test and couldn’t revive my results because the nursing staff failed to give me an exact time of when I should’ve been there.
In the end I not only wasted both my time and money due to such incompetence, but am now in a tight position with my job as I needed it the following day. I returned 2-3 days later like I was told thinking I could go at any time during those days, but couldn’t get my results read as I it turns out I had to be there exactly between 48-72 at the time I took it, which they did not tell me. Not only could I not get my results, but it took 20 minutes for them to tell me I couldn’t get my test read even after knowing why I was there.
I will not be returning because I don’t need that kind of incompetence interfering with my life/plans. Though I sincerely hope they do better with future patients, especially regarding matters like mine!
Dr. Green is great and his staff. Had 2 kiddos with ear aches and they made it work for both to be seen. Staff was so helpful and nice. Dr. Green has great bedside manner and informative. He actually was interested in making sure my kids did get great care and get what they needed to feel better! Didn’t feel rushed and that can be a big issue for me when you feel like your rushed out and unheard. Great job!
This urgent care was extremely caring and the wait time to be seen was very short. One of the best urgent care offices I’ve ever been to. The office itself is very clean and the people who work there are awesome! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I would bring my children here again if they need to be seen.
