I really dislike their online check-in system. The people working there refuse to check you in, you have to do it yourself online. If you go to their office in person, you are directed to check in through your phone if you havenât done so at home. Their mobile system is clunky in some sections. A couple of people who were re-directed to their mobile check in system simply walked out after trying to check in for a few minutes. I am sure this makes their lives easier and it probably cuts their costs, but it creates a barrier to care for some clients (such as the elderly and those who might not speak English well). Their front desk staff didnât seem to care. Their waiting area was extremely hot in the morning, and I was sweating while in there. Go somewhere else that actually cares for their patients and offers good customer service, if you can.
Went here for years, last year I lost my job and weâve just been paying cash trying to build my business⊠family of 5 for the last 5 years weâve been going here.
One of my kids apparently hasnât gotten sick or had to visit for 3 years, so they said heâs a new patient and upcharged us to from 150 to 200 cash for a standard sore throat â Amoxicillin visit/prescription. We are never coming back here. Ever.
I want this review to be a head-ups for future clients who may attend this urgent care. I want to preface that Me and my spouse were treated great by the doctor who saw us in the beginning. We went in a month prior to get treated for an existing illness that we already known about and were treated for. A month later we get a call from one of the nurses that we need to come in for the results. We notified them that we were treated. We asked if there was any new found information from a lab that was sent. She said itâs urgent and the doctor needs to see you. We went next day, paid $150 since my spouse did not have insurance at the time and were seen by the first doctor who diagnosed us. He was confused why we were there and he apologized for the inconvenience. I felt the nurses failed us by lack of communication. We thanked the doctor but it was waste of our time and money and the doctorâs time for a circumstance that could be taken care of over a phone call.
Itâs been a while since I went to this urgent care. I went to the urgent care on May 7. Dr. Kerr was the doctor working on the floor. He was such a sweet and nice doctor. He knew what was wrong with me immediately and took action to help cure me. I wished he was actually my primary doctor. Just talking to him for a minute or two and it seem like I knew him for a while. He really good at his job. Thank you Dr. Kerr I went home feeling better than I was before I visited the urgent care. Youâre awesome!
This urgent care made it so easy to be seen quickly. I filled out the forms online before coming in and they knew to expect me. I was in and out all while receiving great care from the staff and Dr Green. My usual urgent care is now permanently closed so I will be back to this location from now on.
