Precision was able to fix my car’s air conditioner within one day at a very reasonable rate. I liked being able to set up an appointment online since most other places don’t offer that and tend to not be able to give you a time frame on how long for a repair. Will def consider coming back in the future

I had to go out of state on short notice and had to get regular maintenance as other dealers tend to add a lot of unnecessary add-ons. I was able to do a morning appointment instead of waiting till next week. Their customer service is always great and the also communicate what’s going on.

Oil was changed at a good value. However, my washer fluid and any other fluid wasn’t topped off. I still have sensors going off where I will do that myself. I specifically asked about them doing that and was told they always top off fluids. That didn’t happen May 22 and my oil wasn’t updated on my panel. I was disappointed because I count on them to do this.
