Wish I could give a better review but went there because I needed spark plugs and coils replaced they obviously don’t have them on stock so they had to order them that took 3hrs it seemed like then after the got them the install took longer then the 3.5hrs of work I was being charged for not only that after my vehicle was done being put back together Almost 30mins after they were supposed to be closing they just charged me and gave me my keys and sent me on my way, they never test drove the vehicle to make sure it was good to go and guess what it wasn’t it went into limp mode because they didn’t gap the spark plugs correctly then I had to go again the next day to try and get this resolved that also took another 6hrs to diagnose they issue they had caused and get it fixed. Only good thing from this experience to be honest is that they did not charge me again for the mistake they made but next time don’t be in a rush to get things done because you want to go home
I am a disabled veteran with many health issues and took my car to Precision because the air stopped working. The tech at this shop did a terrific job checking for everything. They had to replace fuses, the compressor and when finished, air flowed like it was coming from heaven. Thanks Precision. I am a satisfied customer.
A great place to come for an oil change and anything else you can think of. They don’t rebuild motors but will remove & replace them. They will also recommend a company to get your front end alignment with. Trying to talk them into getting equipment for it. Great people
I took my car on Saturday to get my ac fixed…..picked it up stopped less than two miles. The car wouldn’t move. Had the car towed back there picked it up again today and its started smoking and stopped again. Never and I mean NEVER take your car there. I am contacting corporate tomorrow.
