While on a road trip with my siblings we got a punctured tire. A friendly local who helped my brother and I get our spare tire on recommended we go here. I was so glad we did! The folks at Prattās Auto had our tire patched up and us back on the road in a flash! The staff were super friendly, personable, & proffesional. Their front desk/waiting area was very clean as well. My experience here was a solid 10/10!
Quick, friendly, and professional. I needed new tires on my travel trailer and they were able to get on 4 new tires in under 40 minutes. They were busy, too. Their front door never stopped opening and closing while I waited. If I am in the area and need work done, I will use them again! Thanks!
The place was super fast and super accommodating with my schedule! As a mom of 3 little ones that means a lot! I usually take my van to Discount Tire but always have to wait for a crazy long time for a tire rotation. So when I came here I expected a bit of a wait but instead I was out in less than 10 min! And Iām more than happy to pay $20 for that! Super happy and will definitely be coming back!
