Call to make an appointment at 11 AM on Tuesday. The receptionist was less than excited to hear that I was wanting an appointment. She said that an appointment person would call me back to schedule an appointment “IF” they were taking new patients. I never heard back made an appointment with another doctor .Their service what much more friendly and inviting I don’t recommend these doctors.
Dr. Green was amazing! The foot procedure that I had done wasn’t pleasant but she really put me at ease and got me through it! Wonderful bedside manner and so sweet!
Terrible experience. I called for over a week to get an apt and left 3 VM with my information. Still no follow-up. I drove to the office to ask about an apt time since calling was obviously not an option. In the midst of me asking why no one answers the phone, a patient waiting behind me spoke up and verbally agreed with me. No real answer was given to me. An apt was set for the next day at 2:30pm and at 5:28pm we were still waiting in a room. I even asked at the time I was making an apt if I needed to go somewhere else and they said no and gave me the apt time. Completely unacceptable medical service.
The Dr was really polite and caring. She listened and answered every question I asked. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Collier is excellent. The temporary orthotics she recommended while I wait for my custom made ones have reduced my heel pain tremendously.
