I had a whooshing noise that wouldn’t stop from the crawlspace in my home. I found Plumbing Point on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they seemed responsive and honest. Nathaniel and Armando diagnosed the bad leak in my crawlspace and over three days we got all the pipes in our crawlspace replaced. Nathaniel explained that the folks who installed my pipes didn’t clean the flux off properly and so the copper pipes corroded after a decade. They offer a 5-year warranty on their work and they were professional, on time, responsive (e,g. Let me know asap when two of their workers couldn’t show up) and cleaned up very well daily. Will call them again if I ever get plumbing issues again (knock wood!)
Update: I got Plumbing Point again a second time in Sep 2024 to replace 5 bathroom faucets and a broken angle stop. I was very happy with the work (Armando and two other guys) and it was done efficiently the following Sat morning after I called! They cleaned up really well and I was impressed I had barely anything to clean up. They also changed my sink drains and fixed another sink leak out of their initiative. I will call them for any plumbing needs!
Natanael helped fix my broken InSinkErator. He showed up on time, he was very courteous and very prompt in installing the new Erator. He also helped fix my tub faucet. Based on this experience he has taken the top spot of plumbers to call, in my contact list.
Armando was the plumbing expert sent to my home, to check out a sewage back up situation. His dedication to his profession was immediately understood by me. He is a kind, thoughtful human being and it was a pleasure doing business with him! The job was completed in the best possible manner and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service.
I used Plumbing Point three times. The first time there was a sewage back up emergency, and they assessed the issue as needing another air pipe, and then added it which fixed the issue, and did this on a Sunday. The second time, I had an old pipe blockage that caused a drainage pipe to overflow. Using cutting-edge tech w a pipe camera, they found the exact spot of the blockage, and then opened the area and replaced the pipe, then patched it. Finally, I had a blockage from paper towels that they snaked. The first two issues were highly stressful and challenging, and Armando and his team’s professionalism and ability to assess the issues and fix them in a timely fashion were truly helpful. They are fair, calm, effective and I would highly recommend them and use again.
I highly recommend Plumbing Point and Armando Munoz. Armando did an excellent job. He went out of his way to locate the required parts. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the pricing was fair.
