We’ve used several plumbing companies over the years for our condo building and then we found Plumbing Care and was really impressed with their service and reasonable rates. One of our two boilers in our building went out and we had a plumbing company quote us several thousands to repair a part. We went to Plumbing Care to get a second opinion and on their first visit was able to fix the boiler and get it operational again for a fraction of the cost. I’ve since used them for a smaller job and they were on time, and guaranteed their work. Their efficiency and honesty is really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.
Woke up SUNDAY to a broken pipe under house. They had someone here in 2 hours, polite, efficient and great communication. Repaired the cracked valve on pipe and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company
Reported a leak in the shower upstairs. Tech made the guess that it could be anywhere and cut holes for sink, shower, and toilet to no success. 300 dollars and an 1.5 hours later he couldn’t find the leak even when we said it was the shower. he says its half price per hour to come back but its actually 200 per hour. Either he doesn’t know the pricing, is lying, or thinks 3/2=2. Not sure whats worse. Ended up replacing a shower drain myself and that did the trick.
The extra salt in the wound is that he explicitly says he does no drywall repair but after he cuts out the pieces he TAKES them with him just to make patching them myself a little more difficult. I call to request they return it and the representative tells them that they would give him a message to call me. few days later and no message or call.
So in total, 300 dollars to not find a leak and leave the area with more to fix. Paid him to leave more than anything.
