Planet Painting did an excellent job with painting the exterior of our Church. As well removing the old acoustic tiles and painting the ceiling.
Last year, we had the roof of our 1919 home rebuilt after it sustaining decades of neglect. We were looking forward to getting it painted, and contacted a few different companies for quotes. When we met Hector, he explained that the house would be power washed, scraped, and that the house would be painted with 2 coats of paint. We had a 3 color design, and even though the house is one story, it has quite a bit of detail that we were looking to showcase. We chose Planet Painting, to do the job, and it went exactly as Hector explained. The first day was the power wash, and the 2nd day they scraped off old paint. This is where my expectations started to be surpassed. Holy Moly, they scraped off so much!!! I was so surprised to see the hideous old colors of yesteryear scraped off so thoroughly! All over! They also did some dry rot repairs on some of the old windows so that they would be solid and smooth. They covered our windows and sprayed the body of the house, and sprayed the eaves, but all of the trim, windows and accents were all hand painted. Meticulously. Hector asked me specifically how I wanted things painted when it came to the details, and Oh My God, I cant believe how freaking amazing our house looks. The painting is so crisp and clean. It just pops. The level of detail, the cleanliness of the work, the way they showed up so early every day, and cleaned up so well each night, it was incredible. And as I said, everything got a second coat. Every single square inch of this house. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with someone working on our home. We get compliments on it every time we step outside! Thank you Hector, and your team of amazing painters. You guys are THE BEST.
Hector and his team were amazing! They did an incredible job painting the exterior of our house in 7 business days. They power washed, scrapped loose paint, prepped and patched before priming and painting. They were punctual on the job each day and cleaned up each night before they leave. Hector was always prompt in returning text messages and accommodating our requests. He even transformed our 55 year old cast iron pendant porch lamp from a dirty chipped condition to a clean flawless one! Our house is now beautifully painted! Many thanks to Hector and his team for an outstanding job! Highly recommended!!!
This crew was polite, prompt, hard working. The owner respected all our requests and responded instantly to texts. They cleaned up perfectly and even rehinged for free a door that had never been right. I feel so lucky. My neighbors agree the job looks beautiful.
I have contracted Hector and his team for two jobs so far. Hector is very communicative and quick to respond by phone or text. His team is super nice as well and also communicative. They do great work and are very professional. I appreciate how they take care with prepping to do work in a clean and organized manner and have always done a great job leaving the project looking great and cleaned up when they are done. We had to be in the house during one of the jobs and the team was very considerate about warning us about noise and scheduling. Thanks so much Hector and team! We will be sure to use them again on our next job.
