They are impossible to get in contact with. They have bumped up my mortgage by nearly $500 in the past 6 months. They bought my mortgage from Gershman mortgage around a year ago and it has been a mess ever since. We signed for a fixed interest rate with escrow. They have allowed my home insurance to lapse even though we paid on time. We have tried fixing this for months now to no avail. Please please please stay away from this company.
They are always rude. No matter what I say they are just rude. I will be switching because I don’t like being disrespected. I’m never late on my payments, I don’t call unless there is a need, however, I am treated as if I should just go away.
Heidi is hands down a superstar!!!! I cannot speak for the reviews of others but she has made the funding and loan process easy from start to finish and as a person that was out of state I can’t think of anything more that I would have added to the process or would have benefited by being locally available Heidi was always forthcoming with information very clear with expectation.s and always provided what she promised.
Heidi Richey and the Planet Mortgage Team were amazing. We have run into a lot of issues with selling or refinancing our home, but Heidi was able to help us with a much needed refinancing. The process was quick and Heidi was responsive and kept us up to date on everything that was happening.They helped us when we did not think it was possible.
Trash, just straight trash. If you’re lucky enough to be searching for a home and didn’t get stuck with these people because of a buy out, then go look anywhere else. Not a single good thing to say about my experiences with them.
