Vestavia planet fitness is the best. The staff there is friendly always have a great attitude. The atmosphere is great as well. Its always clean the workout equipment isbnice. Everything that I need in a gym. The morning crew is awesome.
AC not working. Please don’t say speak to the management because I’m sure that some people already have. According to these reviews it has been out for months. Also a dude wearing a crop top on machines, and then not wiping them off…yuck. Won’t be back. Staff is very nice though
The managers and staff are great. But as many other people have noted the AC has not worked for at least 2 summers. The owners and upper management do not care all they want is the landlords to pay for a new system. Once again the franchisee is to blame!!!!
This is the 3rd summer in a row that the air conditioning system has not worked. Planet Fitness has only tried bandaid approach to repair instead of replacing units. I do not recommend going to this site!!
Your response is unacceptable. The management is very aware and hears complaints daily. The franchise owner is well aware of the air conditioning problem and refuses to pay the money to properly fix or replace the system.
I love Planet Fitness! I have been trying to get in shape for years and I never stuck with it. What you get for the price you pay is amazing. I’m feeling healthier and stronger and I plan to stick with it. Planet Fitness makes it easy!
