Great company! We are selling our home and we had Pickle Plumbing come out. The service definitely deserves 5 stars. Stephen and Jude were awesome! Once they dug up our outdoor plumbing system they found a big crack on the top. They had a guy come and bring a replacement right away and fixed it for us but that wasn’t even the best part. The best part was Stephen and Jude’s attitudes. They were really nice guys. Very caring! We will definitely be using them when we build our new home.

First experience with septic tank pump out job. Pickle did a good job, but I was a little frustrated they didn’t even attempt to dig by hand to locate the clean out port, it was 3 feet below surface, but they gave up quick, it would have taken 30 minutes, but instead they charged me $300 to use mini excavator. If the clean out is more than 6” they may not dig with shovel? I had them put in a riser to eliminate this next time, that cost $250. I could have done that too, they just put a 10-12” piece of corrugated pipe and dump a sack of quickcrete around it and screwed a lid on. My advice is challenge them next time they give up so easy on hand digging or do it yourself and save the $300 dollars. It took like 5 minutes to dig it up, really a rip off if you ask me. Lesson learned! $1025.00 for everything.

Judd and Steven did a GREAT JOB cleaning out our Septic Tank. The last time that it was done by a local Mt. Olive Company near the red light, I told them that I wanted the lid or clean out lids opened to look at both sides of the septic tank to see if there was solids in the water side. They assured me that they would look at both sides. I couldn’t be here when they “cleaned” out the septic tank so I left the payment with my son. When I got home, they only opened the solid side (not what I asked for.) I was very disappointed!!!
Judd and Steven didn’t even have to be asked to look at both sides, they just probed the ground and started digging both sides!!!!! There was Solid Waste in both sides and they both took the time to break up any “GREASE AND WIPES” on both sides and cleaned them out!!!!! I could not have been more pleased at the job they did. I personally give Pickle a 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!! These guys MADE SURE MY TANK WAS ACTUALLY CLEANED OUT PROPERLY BEFORE MY FIELD LINES GOT CLOGGED UP!!!!! I highly recommend that you get the job done RIGHT!!!!!! THESE GUYS DID IT RIGHT!!!!!
