  1. We have to wait at least two hours to be seen. The medical staff who do the triage are rude and donā€™t know how to interact with kids. One was really rough when getting a nasal swab on my kid. The doctors are good, but not worth the wait time or the rudeness from the medical staff.

  2. Love Dr. Fekete but the new staff mainly the medical assistants have poor bedside manner do not seem to be very kid friendly. Children are terrified of shots or idea of shots. Kids need to be talked through testing and procedures. The medical assistants that came in the room last two visits barely even communicate when they walk into the room. Just go straight into what they are doing. Last few times there the medical assistants did not communicate with my child. She had questions about the shots and strep test. The medical assistants acted like she didnā€™t even hear her and did not respond. Then was rough when giving shots and taking blood. Then acted annoyed when my child freaked out about getting blood taken and shots. I miss when the nurses came in the rooms. They were alot more friendly and had great bedside manner.

  3. I very much enjoy bringing my child to see Dr Hoy. She is very personable, knowledgeable and gives you the information straight. She doesnā€™t try and tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. The nurses and front staff are always friendly and helpful. We came from a practice that was constantly changing doctors. It is nice to find some stability.

  4. Iā€™ve been calling for weeks to make sure my baby can be seen once he was born and have been told multiple times he would be able too. I called the Monday after he was born (he was born on a Saturday) and have been told that they canā€™t accept him even though we meet the criteria to be accepted. Seems as if he is being discriminated against since we had a legal home delivery. Very disappointed in this practice.
