I had an “appointment” at 230 and I got stuck at the light in front of them and was 3 minutes late all because of the light so they told me they was going to have to reschedule me because the other temp employee was here for their interview already and I came inside the building and there was literally just the 2 workers in there. I used all my money I had for gas to come up literally running on fumes and they lie. What is 3 minutes going to do? I was stuck in traffic. Right in front of their building. Waiting to turn in for like 4 minutes because it was so freaking busy. Then they tell me I gotta reschedule because the other candidate is here already. Sitting here typing this, a lady walks beside my car at 2:45. I was here at 2:33. I was supposed to be here at 2:30 but because of the traffic, I was 3 minutes late. Thats sorry honestly. You got somebody trying to get a job and you wanna have an attitude? Y’all need to get better employees. People that have heart and compassion.
Pretended sending my application to a job and I call back the next day and then called the job myself and they didn’t getmy application at all then when I called back to ask them about it they were completely hateful. Don’t come here looking for a job they will full on lie to you.
Rude staff member. If I could give a zero I would. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻2 days in a row of being RUDE. Needs a course in professional business etiquette.I would never want to work for a company where the staff member is blatantly rude. I have been accused of not going to an interview yet I informed via text that I was there & even after I had been waiting for the lady to interview me well over 20 minutes to even begin the interview. I patiently waited…I knew she had someone in her office when I arrived so that was no biggy. I as well can describe the whole interview. If I am coming to a staff agency that certainly means that I am looking for a job & in need of a job. I have been in this state for 2 1/2 months and everyone has been friendly & nice except this staffing agency. I do not recommend going to this staffing agency to anyone. I will admit I have texted them inquiring about different positions being available and they have also texted me concerning jobs before. However apparently it annoys them. The reason I have texted is just in case they were busy & I have been busy at times but I simply don’t mind a yes or no reply & then either one of us can contact by calling one another. My in person experience inquiring about a position was even worse! So I say seek permanent positions straight through companies in the area if you are familiar with the area. Don’t waste your time with this company. The “owner” sees nothing wrong with the conduct of the staff and the wording the staffs uses with a witness sitting in back that possibility could not hear. Rude/attitude however you want to put it. It was an unpleasant experience with this staffing agency!!! The person needs training on professional business etiquette period point blank. Maybe she just doesn’t need to be sitting at the front desk. I have worked in the customer service field my enter life and I would never conduct myself in that manner! Ever. There are more professional words and discussions that could have been conveyed. Rude. If this is how your company operates so be it.
The staff was so helpful, friendly, and polite. I went for an interview and in less than a week I had a job offer. Maria and Irma helped me and made sure everything was covered before my first day of work.
After recently moving to the area and applying almost everywhere, PSI Staffing was the first to call and they continuously kept in contact until they found me a great job. It’s a great chance for me to get hired permanent. Just stop on by and have your things in order and they will find you something. Be willing to work and things will go great!!
