  1. I had come off a lengthy span of not doing weight training and wanted to get back to it. I’m over 60 and have a history of shoulder and hip issues, so wanted someone to help me get back to speed safely. Trey did just that. He’s very attentive learning all about my issues and focused on designing a program to specifically strengthen me. I felt very safe and cared for. He is also great on follow up and checking in. He’s constantly researching and tweaking routines for the best results. I’d unreservedly recommend Trey to anyone looking for a trainer.

  2. I started training with Trey about 6 years ago. Working with a personal trainer in the comfort of my home has certainly helped me with my resolve to be fit and strong. Trey has done just that for me. There are days when I absolutely do not want to move but once we get started, I feel energized and ready to complete my 3 sets. Trey knows my limits and my strengths, he never pushes me to work on any exercises he knows may hurt or impede my progress. He’s always willing and happy to help with any issue and finds ways to help me work through my aches and pains – with many different kinds of stretches or moves that always seem weird but somehow works! Trey is not only knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness training, but he’s also a kind and compassionate young man who truly believes in incorporating regular exercises with good nutrition to achieve an overall balance of well being. What more can I say? He’s just the BEST!

  3. I’ve trained with Trey for several years, so that gives you my opinion. I’m an older adult, and I can still move and get around very well and I have good balance. Trey is very knowledgable, a good communicator and motivator, and very safety conscious. I do train on my own as well, but IMO there’s no substitute for the accountability, motivation , and safety aspects that working with a trainer provides.

  4. I started working with Trey Tate in 2019 after multiple years of physical therapy for my back. My physical therapist at the time thought I could benefit from regular sessions with a personal trainer. Trey took the time to understand my back issues and then developed a regimen of core strengthening exercises. I have limitations on what I can do while standing, so Trey modified the exercises so that I could do them while lying flat. Thanks to Trey, my back is stronger and my overall strength and muscle tone have improved greatly.
