My kitchen sink wasnāt draining and after spending hours trying YouTube remedies (baking soda & vinegar, Drain-o, plunger) I finally had to call a plumber. After seeing water come out of the ācleanoutā pipe outside the house (didnāt even know that existed), Eric quickly determined that the clog was not in the sink or even inside the house. It was actually 35 feet down the main drain outside the house. He used a āsnakeā to remove the clog and everything worked after that. $341 to snake the drain. They also performed a free camera inspection and we could see inside of the drain line. They do offer a āscalingā service to remove the film from the sidewalls (much like a dentist would do to plaque) but that was quite a bit over my budget. Service was quick. Eric was very courteous and efficient. Overall happy with the quick turnaround.
I had an unusual AC replacement since the compressor needed to be moved to the other side of the house and placed 7 feet up in the air on a wall. Keith from Personal Plumbing had the patience and knowledge to explain the different options and provided instantaneous quotes without pushing services or featuresā¦unlike some of the other AC companies. They then went above and beyond what they quoted to make sure the work was done correctly and I couldnāt be happier with the quality of the equipment. The new AC is quiet and the installation is definitely top notch. I would recommend Personal Plumbing to anyone.
David did an awesome job inspecting all my valves and fixtures and flushing my water heater. He was very detailed and then gave an estimate with lots of options highlighting my most urgent items. He is super knowledgeable and pricing seems fair We trust Personal Plumbing
The Personal Plumbing team has been great to work with. I would especially highlight how happy I am with the work Cody did on my shower, and sink. I have had him/them out for a few things and had a great experience each time. With every trip he was thorough, knowledgeable, offered multiple solutions, communicative and provided high quality outcomes. Even when running into issues with a separate tile installer he was proactive in providing multiple solutions. I have used them both as a rental property owner (which they made very easy even though I was out of state!) and as an owner getting work on my condo done.
