After 15 years of neglecting the crumbling stucco and chipped and rotten wood trim on the outside of my house, I finally had it repaired and painted. I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with than Perfect Painting. Angel and his crew are hard-working, skilled, happy (that’s important) and reliable. My house needed so much prep work and repair that most of the job was spent on that. The mess they had to deal with was real. The painting went quickly and when it was finally done I felt like I had a brand new house.
Angel is receptive and really listens well. As an artist, I had my own ideas about how the joint between stucco and wood, or the wood window trim should be repaired and painted. They were very patient and happily adjusted to suit my vision. They have integrity and follow-through. I felt respected as their client and I can’t say how relieved I am to have found them.

Perfect Painting did an outstanding job on our 2-story house in Westlake Village. The entire house plus the balcony and fence were painted. In addition to the painting they made sure to repair/replace broken shingles or wood, etc.
Angel checked by every day to be sure work was progressing. He came back last day with two guys to walk the property and make minimal touch ups. As soon as we select new light fixtures he has agreed to return to hang them and do any necessary paint touch up.
