They have the best customer service! Raymond greeted me with a smile and was knowledgeable about the products and services they provide! They helped me out in a crunch, and made no complaints about being open late in order to help me!! Firestone, down the road, wouldn’t even attempt to help me an hour before closing with one tire!! Sledge the manager was amazing! I had 3 other shops turn me away at 6:00 pm. He not only got me taken care of but also helped the other customers who came close to closing time. Amazing attitude. Definitely will be back. Not to mention, I did not see any other employees. One man team!
My daughter was headed back to college today when her maintenance light came on. We ran up to Pep Boys in Foley and Ray was able to get us right in! I needed my headlight replaced, I have a Chrysler 200 and I was having a problem finding someone to replace the headlight I had purchased. For it’s not a easy job apparently! The Technicians were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pep Boys for anything you may need fixed or replaced. They are very reasonable and persist in the job they are fixing!
