So far I’m impressed with Peaden. They’re the most professional A/C service company I’ve interacted with. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Communication for arrival time was good and accurate. Work done seemed thorough. My technicians were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The single problem I had was identified quickly and effectively explained to me. The part that I needed was not in stock and had to be shipped in, but it arrived and was installed before the end of the week as promised and all for what seemed like a reasonable price. I’m not sure how my experience can actually be improved.

Brad was the technician who was sent to my home. He came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me options on what I could do to resolve the issue. Extremely thorough and was easy to talk to. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician! His boss, Michael was helpful through the process as well. Highly recommend these gentlemen and the business!

Our experience with Peaden has been great from start to finish. Michael came to our home to give us an estimate on a re-piping of our home. He answered all questions as well as informed us of things we didn’t know to ask. We also liked that Peaden offers drywall repair with the quotes. Alexi in office was helpful emailing back and forth about different financing options for the job. Jeremy C. And Dell were the technicians that completed the job and couldn’t have been happier with the work they did. Not only are they pleasant people to have in your home, but they were great at keeping me informed of the progress of the job and what to expect for the next day. They worked well together, cleaned up each area as they worked, and were thorough with the work they did.
