I’ve had an incredibly poor experience with attempting to work with this company. I recently tried to get a quote for a label printing project and after 2 quote requests on their online submission without hearing anything back I called their offices. I was placed on hold to talk to my “sales rep” who was already on the phone. After 10 minutes I hung up and tried again 30 minutes later – this time getting the sales rep’s voicemail. I received a call back 20 minutes later and was then required to email my project requirements to the sales rep, not sure why I couldn’t state them verbally….? After my email was sent I received another phone call with the sales rep exclaiming my label dimensions were too strange to work with, instead of allowing me to explain how the label fit into the packaging design as a whole. Terrible customer service and strong display of inability to work with creative ideas.
I own a coffee shop in Elk Grove CA. I requested a price quote from PBFY on some standup 1LB bags. It took more than a few days to reply. BUT, that was ok, as i know it could get busy. The next week i was contacted by Bill, he apologized for not immediately responding to my request. We proceeded with the order, i gave him all the info he asked for and Bill told me i would receive the artwork the next day. Next day…there was no reply back. No reply after two days. No reply after 3 days. I contacted Bill via email 3 or 4 times, no reply. I received an invoice, but no artwork for approval. Its been over a week, I called Bill and left a voicemail, no reply. I emailed Bill again yesterday, and there was no reply. I told Bill I was now on a time crunch and i initially I contacted him in advance to make sure the order would be processed. NO REPLY!!! PBFY … this is not a good way to do business.
The best. I shop stand up pouches from them and have done so over the last year or so, I think. Better than Uline quality. Thicker 5.4mil pouches that stand the test of time. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
First time dealing with the company, ordered some test bags, they did not have the correct tin ties to fit the bags I ordered so I settled for a black tin tie that would fit the bags I ordered, now my bags have a valve in them that I did not want and the heat sealer I ordered as well was not included in my order. So far I am not really liking the lack service I got with these folks, I will leave another feedback if they make everything right!
