1. Mayra is the absolute biggest help always! She is so kind and also very happy and cares about the residents! She is always happy and gets all your needs done and doesn’t rush you out! She has a great personality and helped us move from a three bedroom to a two bedroom instantly! I have never met such an awesome and kind leasing office. Every single person makes you feel very welcomed and make you feel like home!

2. Moved in a couple months ago, absolutely love it! The staff has been very welcoming. I was helped by the leasing manager Kim, and ever since any issue I’ve had her team is always there and have been very helpful. Their maintenance guys especially Carlos and Osvaldo (did I spell that right?) are just great and are very quick to respond. Most of the residents are very endearing and the amenities are too notch and superb. The location around them can be a little less not so great as there are a lot of homeless people but I’ve seen their security guards deal with them from time to time. I’m going to renew my lease in two months and will be happy to renew. Thank you Park on First! I’m glad to call you “home”!

3. EDITED*** I guess a Karen review is what it takes for them to actually do something… LITERALLY next morning, they came to remove the trash after I posted my review.

   Just don’t move in here … management does not care about addressing anything. Ppl who live here are inconsiderate. My bf & I live on the 5th floor in the new buildings & ppl moved in then dumped their mattress in the trash shoot room and I’ve tried calling leasing office over n over and it’s been here for a week and no one can enter to throw trash or recycling away. I spoke to another couple & they have texted one of the agents and emailed the leasing office & nothing got done. Paying $3700 for this poor style of living

4. This establishment is by far one of the nicest places I have lived at The staff memebers are beyond welcoming and helpful. I want to leave a special shout out for Ms. Kimberly. If you come by, you definitely won’t miss her! She’s probably one of the most kindest lady I’ve ever met and goes out of her way to make u feel welcome she is ways taking care of the tenets and always coming up with event to make us stay here even more like getting us a taco cart for the tenets great idea 🌮 ❤️
