I would leave zero stars but I didn’t have the option to. I was in town to visit to my friend and there was trash everywhere especially in the hallways and on the stairs, and even on the playground. I asked my friend what is maintenance doing about it and she said they haven’t done nothing. For these apartments to look so nice on the outside and have them looking dirty once when get into the complex is very sad. You guys as leasing managers should enforce maintenance to clean regularly even with picking up trash and pressure washing the steps.
I so enjoy this residental area at Parc Grove . Ever since it was in the makings. I believe it’s up to us as a community to keep our community safe. Bad and good are everywhere. I would feel safe there and also the friendly staff are amazing.

We have lived here 3 months and we love it here…These are beautiful apartments!! If I have a maintenance issue, they come within a day of me reporting the issue…It’s nice and quite here with no drug dealing or using going on anywhere (like at our old place) everyone in here seems to be very nice…The Managers are nice and very professional !! We plan on living here for a long time!!
management and staff horrible , I ain’t even move in and they already gave problems , anyone who applied , don’t waste your time , because your time will b wasted & you’ll wait months before a feedback , maybe years , not worth it
