  1. I had a scheduled appointment through whirlpool for a repair on a faulty stove I purchased from Home Depot. The technician was less than professional and seemed like he didnt want to do the job. He created a false narrative that the unit was infested but didnā€™t open the unit plus provided no pictures of said infestation. He was in and out of the unit within 2 mins of getting there. I inspected the unit and didnā€™t see one pest in the area. Very unsatisfactory service being provided by this company! I wouldnā€™t recommend them

  2. Thank you Paradise Appliance Service for the excellent job you did on my washer. Andrew the technician was so professional and nice. He came and I told him what was the problem and he knows exactly what needed to be done. Even though he had to order the part and then return back to fix i, I received emails and texts as to when the technician was going to return back with the time and date. I am very pleased with the technician Andrew and will definitely use Paradise Appliance Service again. Thank you

  3. If I could give this company negative stars I would. The technician could not remove a part and could never remove it. Washer had issue after issue after initial repair. Warranty was suspended due to many services calls. This place is a joke. I brought another company out(out of pocket) and they told me whoever worked on it before did not know what they were doing. Long story, short, his not being able to remove part caused the transmission to go bad. I guess a mew washer for me, due to incompetence.

  4. Came 3 times for my washer. Fixed nothing. Wants to charge me another $270 (on top of the $150 service charge) to send two techs out on the 4th visit to diagnose it ā€“ does not include repairs! My washer is 2 years old ā€“ itā€™s new but out of 1 year warranty. This has been a waste of time and money. After 3rd visit where the tech did nothing but tell me 2 techs need to return and told me how much that would cost, I received an email from Paradise saying ā€œjob completeā€. NOTHING was completed. This is not just a waste of time and money, but now insulting. I tried to send the below feedback directly to Paradise (their email to me says to respond with pending issues or feedback), but the email was returned to me, rejected by the email address they told me to reply to with feedback. More of my time wasted writing them feedback they asked for at an email address that wonā€™t accept it. So including that feedback hereā€¦

Iā€™ve had a technician come out 3 times to address the same issue with my washer and nothing was fixed on any of those occasions. It is difficult to read ā€œJob completeā€ on the attached service sheet when nothing in fact was completed.

The first technician came out when I identified that my washer was leaking into the drip pan. The first technician opened up the washer and looked around, but did not find anything causing the leak. He did not repair anything, he left and I continued to use my washer.

The second technician came out when the washer was being extremely loud and shaking hard when in use, I had concerns the hard shaking would cause it to lean again. The second technician came, ran a quick cycle and said that everything was fine, there was no issues. I showed him a video of what the washer was doing, but he told me since it wasnā€™t doing it at the moment, there was nothing for him to do. He didnā€™t open up the washer, he did not repair anything, he left and I continued to use my washer.

The third technician came out when the washer leaked once again into the drip pan. The third technician, today, looked at the washer and drip pan and told me he could not diagnose the washer because it was in a single drip pan for the washer and dryer and the drip pan was connected to a drain in the floor, therefore, he could not move it. The third technician said it needed to be a two person job and that he would give me a quote for the two technicians to come back. The third technician said more than once that once a washer starts leaking it leaks everytime it is used. I do not understand the statement or the reason for him repeating it ā€“ as if ge didnā€™t believe me. My washer has not leaked every time it has been used, but it has leaked in multiple occasions and it needs to be fixed. The third technician also noted the washer is off balance. The third technician didnā€™t open up the washer, he did not repair anything, he left and I get a quote for two people to come back as well as a statement that says ā€œjob completeā€.

It has been extremely disruptive to not have a well working washer and to have someone come to my house three times without at all addressing the issue and then tell me he needs to have a two-person team come back at a later date to even evaluate what is wrong. With someone being at my house twice before, I would expect that if a two-person team was needed, then a two-person team would be sent on the third occasion rather than sending a person to tell me he cannot do anything without an additional person on a fourth visit. It is further disappointing to see the ticket marked as ā€œjob completeā€. In three separate visits, nothing has been completed and that is my challenge and frustration. A fourth visit and more money is needed from me just to fully investigate the issue.

Thank you for reading both about my pending issue and the feedback. If a supervisor or manager is available to talk through this with me, I would greatly appreciate it.

  5. I contacted this business to repair my washer dryer combo due to the extended warranty that I bought from Whirlpool. Connor came out and stayed for 2 minutes and said my water shut off valve had to be repaired by a plumber. He didnā€™t check anything else on the appliance. The whole time he was on his iPad talking to someone else who was coaching him what to do. So a plumber came the next day and said itā€™s the appliance not the water line. My husband just got out of the hospital and I told them I needed service right away and Connor assured me he would back soon. Be back soon. Six days later I got an appointment for them to come back. I took the day off today to wait for the repairman, Connor called me on the way to my house and said that the inlet valve that I need for the repair is discontinued . I questioned him about not checking anything else on the appliance like the computer brain and he just kept repeating that the error code says no water detected and I said then why is my dryer working and my washer is making clothes wet? I questioned his unexperienced and also the fact that he shouldā€™ve told me about the valve before I had him come back. I couldā€™ve already bought a new washer dryer and had it installed days ago. then he had the nerve to tell me that he didnā€™t like my attitude and to cancel my service appointment.
I called Whirlpool and let them know about my bad experience with this company then two hours this company called me to cancel my appointment. What a joke. My advice is to stay away from this company. They are not knowledgeable or truthful, and they treat customers with disrespect.
