1. Came across Pants Store in search for some shoes I haven’t been able to find anywhere in person but they had! I ordered online to ensure pickup as I was coming through from out of town, and amazing doesn’t even begin to describe this store, but more importantly the staff!! Apologies in advance for a long review but,
   I could write a page describing how wonderful my experience was here. To keep a long story shortish…
   I was unaware of the store sale going on and was contacted before even arriving that they honored that price without me even asking. I decided to come back for another pair on my way back home a week later, to find even BETTER deals so had to grab a couple pairs for some friends too. I have to give wonderful kudos to the one lady in particular that helped me both days. I’m so regretful I did not get her name but my receipts say either Christy N. or Katie P.
   The most kind, patient, friendly service I think I have been given in a store!!!! I am so glad I came across this store but more so, for such a very wonderful shopping experience, it makes all the difference! I cannot wait until I get to shop with them again!

2. Haley… WOW! You are phenomenal. I came in from out of town for a major show in my industry only to realize I forgot all of my hang ups. I called and Haley not only was delighted to help, she shopped the store for me and DELIVERED to the show for me. Her service was impeccable. The owners of the store are extremely lucky to have her on their team. Thank you again, Haley!

3. I went to the Crestline Pant Store with my 18 yr old for back to school clothes. I felt like I walked into a Justice tailored to an older crowd. I understand that sequins, puffy sleeves and metallic looking mini skirts are a trend but there was NOTHING that my daughter was interested in. The Vintage Havanas were the only thing we were willing to buy but the didn’t have her size.

4. I have been shopping with them for a while now. Mainly at the Tuscaloosa location and some at Crestline. I have always been super impressed with their level of customer service. I’m not sure how they hire and train their staff, but they are always great to work with. However, I recently did some online ordering. Ordering was easy and communication was good. Unfortunately, due to absolutely no fault of theirs, I had some delivery issues. And this is where their customer service went to a whole different level. They called me and talked through what happened and immediately put in a plan to fix it. In the process of the proposed fix, we had another little bump and an item got delayed. But again, they called, customer focused, set a plan of action, and resolved it. Ashlyn was absolutely incredible!!! When I got to the store, they had my stuff ready to go and were as helpful as always despite the store being covered up with people 5 mins before closing. I am a HR leader in a service industry and I would hire every person I interacted with. Spend your money here – you won’t have a better customer experience. And my wife loves all their stuff!

5. The staff was so kind and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the shoes I was buying. She brought out several of the same size in the same shoe to make sure they fit just like I liked and it was her idea❤️ . They were also super sweet to “my 5year old helper”
