1. Great place to live, and management team is awesome! They are always available to assist in anyway. The complex is well taken care of and the work orders are always done in a timely manner. I went from a 2 bedroom 1 bath to a 2 bedroom 2 bath and we are a family of 5 driving adults never had an issue with parking it’s been great. The events they do for the residents is awesome, the time and effort they put into them is great and really appreciated. Thank you Palm Lakes!

2. Apartments are ok. Parking is not ok. Last year people got towed for parking on red lines. People respected the parking. Now people park everywhere and on red curbs. I park legally and get blocked almost every morning by people parked illegally. Late to work and late to drop kids off at school. Security at night don’t care anymore. It’s really bad, especially when you have kids in the summer!

3. I called this office and told the ladie hein and star that I would be in after work to put in an application. The minute I got there they said someone else already applied. I left in tears then they offered me to put in for a 2 bd 2 bath so I did. I turned in a deposit and credit check fee and since I didn’t have any verifiable rental history they denied me even with a co-signer. I feel like they are running me back n fourth just to tell me I’m denied. I didn’t feel like they wanted me to rent by the vibe. There was one lady that was pleasant the rest were very rude and unprofessional!

4. Management seriously needs to instruct groundskeepers to quit leafblowing into our balconies. The balcony is an unusable space I’m paying rent for when they blow ridiculously large amounts of dirt and trash into my space that I have to sweep up every week so there’s no point to putting out any chairs to enjoy my own space.
   The grounds outside are also plagued by a roach infestation and I had to sweep up a ridiculous amount of LARGE dead touches off my balcony. They have an exterminator come almost every week but they need to have the vegetation throughout the complex sprayed often. You’ll see large roaches wandering around openly at night, so keep an eye out with your front door during those times.

5. I highly commend the Palm Lakes management, maintenance, and operations team for their excellent professional service and support. During our 8 1/2 years, we consistently received immediate and satisfactory responses to our maintenance requests. We were confident and comfortable with the safety and security of our home at all times. Most of all we appreciated the sincere and kind personal-level care extended to us by all members of the team.
