I had gotten several quotes to paint the exterior of my house and John was the easiest one to talk to and came in with a reasonable quote. He was able to answer questions I had and make good suggestions. On the first day he and has crew arrived promptly at 8am and began to set up. He informed me what was going to be done and an overall description of the entire process. His crew was very friendly and at the end of each day cleaned up and stored their equipment away. The job lasted 6 days and every day at 8am John would explain what was going to happen that day and the progress they were making.
The thing that stood out the most for me was that about halfway through the job John informed me he was going to fix the stucco on one side of the house because of mismatches in texture from previous remodels and repairs done. He was going to do this without additional charge and knew that it would look better with the paint. I couldn’t be happier with the paint job and work they did.
We’ve gotten many compliments from our neighbors and our house finally has curb appeal. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their house painted to give John a call. You won’t be disappointed with the quality or customer service.
Professional, reasonable, clean & on time- which is exactly what I was looking for! I had met with a few painting companies to get quotes and was very impressed with John. He is very easy to work with, clear and straight forward. Throughout the job, he kept in communication with me about the progress of the work being done. He replied right away with any questions I had. We had our exterior painted and their pricing was reasonable compared to others. The painters came on time every day, worked hard, and cleaned up. I am a very picky person when it comes to house projects, especially when it involves paint colors. I received quotes from other vendors, including a couple vendors who were previously hired by our neighbors, but only Painting Renovations gave me detailed list of services and work timeline with the quote and answered all of my questions promptly. John and his team are punctual and stay for the entire day daily to complete the work. The team taped areas not being painted neatly, clean up after work, treat my property with respect, and are meticulous when it comes to detailing. They don’t do shortcuts to cut costs or rushing through the project to get more clients. Our neighbors complimenting us on how nice the house turned out to be, and also commenting on how neat and quiet the team were when completing work considering many of us are still working from home in October ’20. At the end of the day, I actually get more value than the price I paid for.
