Iām not sure what manager was working the night of 01/03/2023, but the woman in the blue sweater was extremely rude, didnāt speak one word to us during our transaction and as were shopping at 7:45, turned the music off to kick us out. She proceeded not to say anything to us and pushed us out of the store. I understand you close at 8:00pm, but trying to push us out before youāre even closed is ridiculous. Will not ever visit this store again, please teach your employees some customer service skills
The service is always horrible. The girls that work here will walk past you 5xs when youāre clearly standing next to the fitting room with clothes in hand to try on. Iāve brought my daughter in a few times for back to school shopping in the last month and not one person has asked if we needed help finding anything, not even a hello when you walk in. Theyāre all extremely cold and unfriendly. This is the last time I come in, Iām so tired of having to break up the conversation to ask for a fitting room and then get a dumb stare in return and wait another 5 minutes for them to walk over and rudely open the door.
I ordered pair of $160 dr marten boots for my grandsons bday in JUNE I never recd. It is now July 23rd and nothing.Iāve been trying to get help on this, all I get is recording saying ther not taking calls or emails. Iāve sent messages thru ther chat line and nothing. No one emails or calls me back. Very disappointed
Terrible services I went on Saturday May 19th around 12:30ish wasnāt greeted employees were just standing around talking ! When I asked them if they had any more of some button down shrits in stock one of the girls said āwhatās out is out and thatās all ā in a very rude way weāll walking away ! One of the guys said Iāll go cheek very nice guy but I just walked out . I was planning on buying 12 of those button down shrits thatās why I had asked if they had anymore . NEVER WILL I GO INTO THAT STORE AND GIVE THEM MY MONEY!
Rude employee. Acted unsociable and mean. Made rude remarks about conversation between my family member and I and over all made it a bad experience. Went in Sunday June 2nd right before closing time.
