On Friday the 16th, 2024 we went to this store with my son to buy clothes. The salesman was very rude because when I paid the cash register did not give the receipt . They said that the system was not working correctly, but the charge was made to my card and they did not want to give me the merchandise. I showed them the transaction in my bank account that had been executed. Bad service. I have to make a claim to my bank to get my money back. I am very upset.
The customer service is terrible.
I needed help finding an item and I asked an employee, she then proceeded to walk away from me and look around the store as if she was expecting me to follow her. She couldn’t find the item so she went out the back for about 5 minutes and then came back and mumbled something as she walked past me. At least this girl who assisted me was actually doing some work. Meanwhile there were 5 employees standing around at the register just gossiping and ignoring customers.
Walked into the store at 6.30 pm this evening and looked around for about 10 minutes with no staff asking me for any assistance. Picked out a couple of pieces of clothing worth around $300 and asked a staff member if I could try them on and she said that the fitting rooms were shut and won’t open them for me. The store was closing in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Worst customer service ever. Would never go back again.

Worst customer service ever. I cannot believe the staff they have working here. They seem like young uneducated students who don’t understand the concept let alone definition of “customer service”. All the girl staff working here are just that, girls. They all have attitudes and need a reality check. Management should really work on educating these whippersnappers about how to work in retail and deal with customers. I’m not surprised that no one buys from here anymore and my first trip to this store will definitely be my last.
