We were going through a remodel, and once I explained the scope of work, Linwood immediately had solid recommendations for all my kitchen needs. Throughout my project, I ran into multiple issues, and each time Linwood immediately answered my calls and questions (even while on vacation), and was quick to find creative solutions. Linwood patiently rescheduled my multiple delivery date changes to accommodate construction delays, and helped to make a typically stressful process very pleasant. 4. My husband and I️ were in Pacific Sales getting a replacement appliance a year or so ago and we inquired about a replacement island hood high enough my husband wouldn’t hit his head on. Linwood suggested a ceiling hood (I️ didn’t know they ever existed). I️ came back and purchased it recently for him for Christmas. Linwood helped me out. It was back ordered until January. I️ worked with one of the suggested installers for ceiling modification and installation. When I️ had issues with them, Linwood was able to assist and make the process easier. It took time between installer rescheduling and a defective product but it is in now. I️ can’t believe there is so much open space. Great customer service to help us out.

5. Always professional, always easier than any big box chain! Bought a dishwasher at Pacific Sales Torrance last year and washer/dryer this year. Delivery scheduled for only TWO days after purchase (how cool is that?!) and I always have awesome customer service at PS. Mike was super informative and sold me the appliances last year and this year (yay for consistent sales force!) and Cindy at the payment area was efficient and friendly! PLUS, my Best Buy annual membership got me $100 off! Pacific Sales for the win!
