We really had a great experience with Pacific Sales. Wandered in to look around and ended up chatting up the manager, Charles. He was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about appliances and was super helpful in comparing items and imagining our space. We came back later, spent a bunch of time with him, and bought everything for our kitchen remodel from him. Really an easy and seamless experience. I usually prefer shopping with smaller local businesses, but they beat everyone’s prices (by a lot!), had everything able to be delivered in short order, and had better service than the two local businesses that I shopped with before coming here. A win all the way around.
All the staff here is really friendly and happy to help you find anything you need for your home. The space is clean and they have good music! Xylina was super helpful on helping us narrow down our decision. Would 10/10 recommend coming here
Was looking at heat pump dryers because of their high energy efficiency. Sergio told me the only reason to buy a heat pump dryer is if you cannot vent to the outside. I told him I had done extensive research and liked them because of low energy usage and thus better for the environment. He barely listened and told me Pacific Sales was not an environmental company. I thought he should be interested in learning more about the appliances he sells so he could give his customers more info so they could make informed decisions. He could not have been less interested. If I buy there, I’ll have to do my own research and make my decision independent of their help.
Xylina, helped me and my wife fix an issue that we had with another high end appliance store. She quickly checked all her inventory and provided specific details and strategy to find resolution. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. If you are looking for appliances, make sure to ask for Xylina… she is hands down the best customer service you will ever receive as it relates to appliances. Thank you and look forward to receiving my appliances next week. Who ever her boss is, needs to give that champion a raise.
Charles was so informative and was very friendly and helpful. He did not express any opinion towards a definite brand unless asked. He patiently answered questions and looked up BTUs for different ranges when I only asked for one. He was great! I’d ask for him when you stop in.
