We were referred here by my good friend who is helping me with a major remodel of a house here in Huntington Beach that my daughter and family will be moving into later this year. We did have a few ideas on what appliances and price range that would fit our budget, and Matt was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us decide what would work. Every question we asked was answered. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, and Matt walked us through selecting a package of appliances (refer, dishwasher, range, and microwave with trim kit) that would all complement each other in appearance and function. Very happy with the whole experience.

I came in looking for a specific stove. I was swiftly noticed by the sales associate, Kevin Giordano, who immediately attended me. He had a friendly and earnest demeanor and was quick to help me find what I was looking for, which I then purchased on the spot.
Kevin is pleasant, concise, and in fact a very good salesman. He had me considering future appliance upgrades from Pacific Sales. I now may be a lifetime customer of Pacific Sales and that is due solely to my excellent interaction with Kevin.
Overall it was a good experience shopping at Pacific Sales at this location. We were greeted when we entered and got prompt attention from the knowledgeable staff in both appliances and plumbing. The front desk employees need either more experience or training, but they eventually came through and delivered as expected.
