I walked into Pacific Sales with the items I wanted to order already in mind. After a few minutes of perusing the large store, Erica greeted me. I advised her that I was ready to place a large order and wanted to know how to proceed but was short on time. She gave me her business card and email, and she told me to email her the item numbers so she could put together a quote. Erica also offered to provide me with cut sheets so that we could send them to our cabinet maker.
Once that email went out I had a quote by the next business day and I was able to pay the deposit for the order. They even offered to store the appliances I ordered until we were ready to take delivery!
Erica was prompt, professional, and courteous, and I recommend her for a no-hassle experience.
I will update this review once I take delivery of the appliances to reflect my experience with Pacific Sales as a whole accurately.
If you want your project done in a timely professional manner I recommend you find a professional to install the appliances. These guys had me scheduled for June 2 2022 and didn’t even show up or call. They claim they had a truck breakdown and were limited on installers.
They said they would get to me the following day but turns out I have to wait two weeks which would hold up my project. I’ve been a professional contractor for over 17 years and this is not the way you do business.
Your word should mean something.
1. Put $$$ on lay away for a “misquote” after you’ve paid in full.
2. Parts will arrive very late.
3. They will simply not answer the phone.
4. In person they will disrespect you like moody teenagers.
5. They will deliver wrong parts 4 times over (and counting).
Absolute hell…I need a trauma therapist after this experience.
Pacific Sales??? No! Frekkin Bestbuy. Don’t bother calling, it’s a waste of your time.
