Pacific Ridge is such a beautiful, relaxed property, and the staff make it that much nicer. From the moment you pull in you are greeted by very friendly security staff.
The whole team of property staff are always ready and willing to help with any concerns. Alexis and Nicole have always been particularly helpful in clearing up any issues that we have and always making sure we are satisfied. Maintenance team is on point, front-desk associates are always welcoming and friendly, all around a wonderful place to be. Very lucky to rent here and be surrounded by helpful, kind-hearted people. You can tell they all love what they do.
Alexis and Nicole were fantastic! They were both incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Alexis ensured I understood every step, while Nicole provided great insights about the property. Their professionalism and dedication made me feel confident in my decision, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!
Jones is such a funny, kind guy. He’s always in a chill mood and never complains about anything. I always have a good simple exchange with him. Definitely an amazing security guard!
I lost my keys and needed to get replacement copies made at the leasing office. Alycia was able to walk me through the process of getting new keys, making it as straightforward as possible. She was helpful, kind and a true pleasure to talk to! She also graciously explained how locks outs and security are handled. I was incredibly impressed with how diligently Pacific Ridge security works to keep residents safe and happy!
I had a problem with my washer and dryer leaking gas. Eddy was very thorough and efficient in making sure to check everywhere. In past experiences at a previous apartment building, the mechanics would’ve brushed it off. Instead, Eddy made sure he found the problem and fixed it right away even though it was a minor thing. Thank you Eddy! There’s great staff here!
