  4. I bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey.
    It’s been nothing but problem, after problem, after problem. The mechanic guy will yell at you. One of the main managers will apologize for his mechanics actions.I even told them (mechanics)what was wrong with car.They will make you feel like you’re crazy. I’ve had transmission, alternator, rack & pin, axel shaft , trans mount, radiator steering column all worked on or replaced (Which they paid for).
    I recently got my van back after 10 1/2 months of having a loaner vehicles (5). To now have it not wanting to start(it’s not the battery)- might be a loose wire (praying it is), spark plugs or I was told the computer! Have to pay for that service my self
    Look before you buy it here, try it out on not bumpy roads Where the sound will be masked.
    I wanted to trade it in,but I was told I couldn’t. I even brought my own vehicle as a trade in which they sold for eight grand, my son was Recently diagnosed with the rare medical condition and I needed a reliable car to take my son to and from his doctors appointments and now not only do I have to worry about will I make it to his appointments. But what am I going to do with lemon! (I still owed on it, that was added to my loan). They placed it on their website right away.

    Gilbert is Great. I’m not impressed, by how they get off on people. Can’t even take my car out of town cause it will brake down!
    I was very grateful for the loaner cars they let us use. I don’t want to sound like a jerk! But I’m a very unhappy customer who probably won’t be coming back. And will advise others not too as well!

  5. Looking to buy a truck for the company and was almost conned out of $2500.
    Was told that the internet price is what you pay, no haggling. After agreeing everything, I was shocked to see almost $2500 in extras added to the price of the vehicle and hidden with the tax, title etc. When asked to remove them, he first said that they couldn’t, and then the manager removed the gps only, and tried to tell me that it would only be $10 more per month to keep the other things. One was some kind of plastic coating to reduce scratches that was already on the car when I test drove it. How can you say the car costs x but you will have to pay extra for the things we stuck to it that you didn’t want and didn’t ask for and we won’t tell you about unless you scrutinize the paperwork.
    How many others have been duped into buying these ‘extras’ that are part of the vehicle when test driving but for some reason not included in the price. Dealer said “this is the only way we make money”.
