1. I am recently enrolled in Shannon P.A.S.S. post-license course, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The instructor demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism, making complex concepts easy to understand. Her teaching methods were engaging, and she always encouraged participation and questions. The course materials were comprehensive and well-organized. I feel much more confident and prepared in my field thanks to her guidance. Highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to further their education and skills!

2. Went through prelicense and post license classes. I paid for the whole package including the cram course. Definitely worth the investment. I feel like i learned so much and passed the state exam on the first time.

   Shannon is a lot of fun and shares real life experiences you will have to face in real estate. Classes are interactive and informative. There is so much to learn and Shannon is always giving us fun tips and tricks to help remember the information we learned to help us pass our test.

   Definitely more than just learning curriculum in a classroom setting. Post license has much more agent training to help you be successful in your real estate career. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting a real estate license in the near future.

3. Shannon’s manner of teaching the pre-license real estate course is engaging and thoughtful!! She is able to share years of her own, real career experience in both real estate and the mortgage industry to apply what I am learning. She’s patient and supportive, and really knows the material. The resources she provides are also key to extend my learning and have been so helpful. Shannon has taken the real estate content and presents it as building blocks in the real estate process making it easier to understand and retain. She takes extra time at the end of each lesson to review, quiz my knowledge, play games to further enhance learning, and provide reassurance I am retaining the content. Shannon offers a variety of classes to accommodate various types of learners and schedules. I am currently enrolled in the morning class and love that I can learn when I am fresh in the am then head straight to my full time job before lunch. I highly recommend P.A.S.S. real estate school whether you are in real estate but not yet an agent or new to the industry!

4. I just completed my broker course with Shannon. I enjoyed having the classes via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shannon is a fantastic instructor! She is easy to talk too and will spend time with you discussing whatever you may need to talk to her about, or any concerns, etc., that you may have. The material is well put together and easy to understand. Shannon gives you exactly what you need to pass all of your State exams! I will definitely take additional classes from Shannon, when the need arises.

5. I recently completed the real estate brokerage class at P.A.S.S. Real Estate, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Shannon was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making every class session enjoyable and informative.

   From learning about real estate laws and regulations to mastering negotiation techniques, the curriculum was comprehensive and well-structured, providing me with the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the real estate industry.

   The support and guidance I received from the staff and instructors throughout the course were exceptional. They were always available to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer valuable insights to help me excel in my studies.
