I joined over a year ago and have really enjoyed this gym. Good variety of well maintained equipment and clean facilities. Thankful to have this resource in our community!
I’ve been a member at gyms all over the country but I’ve never had the sort of experience as I have at OXR Infinity Fitness. The owner, Kelly, tried to make me back pay for several weeks that my membership lapsed even tho I am a month to month member, ie no contract member. Is that even legal? When I objected to that she was rude and defensive. The next day a charge was made to my card which I suspect was out of spite for having been called out. When I reached out to her asking about the charge she claimed it was an annual fee… but here’s the kicker: I have only been a member for three months. I asked for a refund and she basically told me to take my business elsewhere. When I asked to speak with her in person she told me I’d have to wait because she was on vacation. Mind you this is not an inexpensive gym so it’s unacceptable for a customer to have to wait a week or more to resolve a billing issue.
Beyond the obvious problems with ownership the gym itself is very cramped with machines and equipment in dangerous proximity, and many of the televisions don’t work. They do have some cool equipment but based on my experience I would not recommend Infinity to anyone.
Great gym! I love the equipment variety and the mural respect between all members. The gym is clean and everyone seems to do their part to keep it that way. Of all the gyms I’ve held memberships with, OXR Infinity is my favorite.
Good location as it means I don’t have to drive far to get a workout in. It has all the equipment I need in order to complete my workouts and being open 24/7 is a great convenience.
Great gym with all the free weights and machines I ever needed. Open 24/7 was a big plus!
