Guy at the counter was very nice and respectful. I’m a older lady an I didn’t know which head light was out so he came outside and checked for me and then he was so nice to put the bulb in for me. Saved me a mechanic’s fee. I don’t remember your name but thank you so very much for your help.
The absolute nicest people!! I came in needing a new battery and all the workers were friendly, including the nice man who changed my battery in the pouring rain. I fully expected having to deal with people being rude or condescending, but it was quite possibly the most helpful and pleasant workers I have ever encountered.
Great place for all of your automotive needs. Very courteous and helpful employees. Bill really went out of his way to help me find what I needed and then came out and installed the blades for me. Two thumbs up, O’Reilly’s. Thanks for making it easier for women to shop there, too.
I’ve been here many many times, and overall this is my go-to parts house. They don’t always have the lowest prices, but the folks here are not only well mannered and eager to help… But Ive literally never had anything less than an exceptional shopping experience here.
