I can not say enough amazing things about this Orange Theory. I travel for my job and have been to many Orange Theory’s throughout Alabama and Florida. The instructors here are amazing. They are so welcoming and motivating. They are also very good at making sure you have the right form, so you do not hurt yourself. They are truly wonderful from the front desk, to the managers, to the instructors. And it’s also the most amazing full-body workout!!
I travel often and have visited several OTF studios. Coach Elizabeth is among the very BEST. She’s high energy, motivating, and takes time to interact with and get to know every single member. OTF Huntsville is crushing it! 💪🏆
I love rowing! I never knew that about myself before Orange Theory. I love the motivation from the coaches! Coach Sandra and Coach Kaylie are my favorite! They keep me motivated while making me laugh. They are great about goal setting and going after new PRs but still help me not take myself too seriously. It is such a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I love learning new exercises and feeling good when I master them!

It is a great place for a beginner to come in and feel comfortable. The coaches are energetic and so kind making it a wonderful atmosphere of positivity. The pace is set for the class but the intensity is up to you, making for a unique combination of guided freedom that was incredibly refreshing. I loved the feeling of being pushed but not pressured and am excited to continue on!
