I signed up to do the free class promo they had going on because I wanted to give it a try. The session was pretty good the instructor was great but I had some thinking and decided I wanted to cancel my subscription. I canceled my subscription on May 23 2024 but just yesterday my card ended up getting charged up to 200+ dollars due to Orange Theory not accepting my wishes to cancel my membership no one ever got back to me and Iām stressing out over here. Iām truly upset and disappointed with this issue and I would like for it to be taken care of.
Michelle is an amazing coach! I would not be attending if it was not for her and all her positive encouragement. Truly grateful to have such a great coach who loves what she is doing.
