Only one girl there with long black hair was helpful and nice. She was the only one to greet me as I walked in and the only one to offer any help. The other taller girl there were not approachable and was rude when I asked for assistance. Clothes are cute but friendly customer goes a long way to get customers to purchase items and return
I absolutely love this boutique! It is my favorite place to shop in the fresno/Clovis area! I literally get all of my outfits and accessories here for every event and occasion. The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and always remembers my family and I when we walk in. Thank you OohLaLa for always being consistent and the best place to shop!

I love shopping here when I need a last minute outfit to go out in. A little on the pricey side for the quality but for the convenience Iâm ok with it.
I also love that they carry Basil Farm soaps now too đđ„°
Not a friendly atmosphere. I was not greeted when I came in for the first time today. After I tried on the clothes I wanted, there were no customers present and the two workers acted as if I wasnât even there. From my receipt- the cashierâs name is Ruthie. Iâd rather have items shipped than to go back in. Two stars only because the clothes I bought are cute. Wish I could give higher review but the service was garbage.
