This is a genuine review after real experience of doing business with them.
They will be good until you pay the fees. Everything will be prompt until then. They do get the job done and I received the returns.
But once you pay the fees, you notice an immediate difference. They don’t entertain your requests, they do not return your phone calls. Even if they answer, they speak negatively, tell you they are busy, tell you they will call back in some time which they never do. They did promise there will be support for amendment and audit if any, they even charge for this in their fees. Now, I am very certain I can’t expect anything more since I have already paid my fees.
Beware of these facts before you file with them. If you want professionalism and expect your promises to be kept, look elsewhere.
I had a terrible experience with Online TAX Fillers. Their service is abysmal. They made multiple errors on my tax return, causing significant financial hardship. Despite paying a substantial fee, I received no support and was forced to deal with the consequences myself. I strongly advise against using their services.
Worst experience ever! The testimonies in their website are mostly fake. If you happen to face an issue then you are done for. No receipt after payment, no proof of document. When you reach out to someone and you explain the situation, they keep forwarding the call until some random guy promises to resolve the issue but as soon as the call ends your case is closed. And still they will keep calling you 100 times (suspected spam)and every time you have to explain the same issue. They never note it down or atleast they act so. A friend of mine suggested me this agency. I will let all of my friends using this agency to stay away from them. Such a scam.

They are FRAUDS. The tax filing is incorrect and you will get IRS Audit after a couple of years. I reached out since I had taken security against penalty option, they didn’t respond to IRS or take any action to address the letter and further to that stopped responding post tax season.
