I would just like to recognize IES in Fresno for the outstanding service we have received since we opened our account earlier this year. It has been so refreshing to have such excellent customer service and responsive employees like Harvey Vang that are quick to respond to emails, quote requests, and are very communicative about open orders / deliveries, etc. My previous experience dealing with other suppliers have really made me appreciate the quality service IES provides. I can absolutely depend on them to deliver when they say they’ll deliver and communicate any delayed lead times which I cannot say about other electrical supply houses I’ve worked with. I haven’t had to think twice about my orders once they are placed – deliveries just show up to the shop without me having to call and inquire. It is truly a pleasure doing business with them.
