Very disappointed wasted my time on so many levels and unprofessional I do not recommend doing business with this company.
Oh boy! Where to begin?
Needed a loan, did a title loan, no problems the first few years. Although, I’m still not sure how they can get away with charging 138% interest(not my rate but what ive seen advertised on Credit Karma) is still beyond me. If I was loaning money, I can legally only charge 15% I believe, lol!
I refinanced and. I was handed off to 3 different agents during the lengthy “sign here” dance. I could tell that they all had better things to do. I was suppose to receive a couple checks to pay off some cards and they were to send a couple checks to pay those. Guess which checks never got sent? I didn’t realize it until one of those sent me to collections 😡
And not even an apology. The branch manager could care less and tried making it my error. But I digress!
Also, if they offer to check your current credit with “No impact at all to your credit score”. It absolutely knocked 18 points right off my score!
I do not recommend their services. However, I know sometimes in life, you gotta do what you gotta do!
Very professional and took care of me
They originally told me I had been preapproved for a loan but turned around on it to turn it down. I walked out on them and never going back. I got no reason to believe them knowing they are liars.
I kind of felt like I was being interrogated when the woman called me to ask me questions I had already submitted online. She was not very professional or courteous at all. I’ve gotten online loans before and I’ve never had to answer questions online and then also answer the same questions over the phone.
