One Paseo is the best spot I have lived in since I’ve been in San Diego for over 3.5 years. It has it all, from amenities to cleanliness, vibes, modern yet coastal living with a cool breeze being minutes from the ocean, and shops that will meet all your needs! Last but not least, the hiking and trails nearby are top-notch. Highly recommend
One Paseo Living apartments are very spacious and modern. The community is large and conveniently constructed near various restaurants, cafes, and shops for all walks of life. The amenities are as expected for a higher price point zip code. The staff is attentive and welcoming, from the leasing/residence team to the porters and security. It’s been a lovely experience living here.
First off, this place is gorgeous! The pool and gym are my favorites but they have so many great amenities included and for the price, I think it’s totally worth it. Lanica really made me and my family feel welcomed. She answered all of our questions and was very quick to respond whenever we contacted her. Paseo really has a great team and amazing service. Love it here.
Bernard in the leasing office is phenomenal! He always goes above and beyond to help in whatever way he can. He really cares about you as a person and he makes me want to stay at one Paseo longer. Also, Ron and Santiago with maintenance take such great care of my place to always keep it looking fresh and so clean! Very professional and nice people to have in my home. One Paseo really has the best crew here!
